In a large bowl mix 2 cups puffed rice 1/2 cup sev 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato and 1 boiled potato (diced).
Add 2 tbsp green chutney and 2 tbsp tamarind chutney for tanginess.
Mix well sprinkle 1/2 tsp chaat masala and garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve immediately to maintain crunchiness.
